Wholelistic Solutions is a LLC that operates in various locations throughout the U.S.. There main goal is to provide holistic therapy and to education people on these healing practices with an open mind and to consider them as complementary to conventional medical treatments rather than substitutes.

Like many people, the principles behind Wholelistic Solutions firmly believe that they find comfort and benefit from using healing stones in various practices such as meditation, energy work, and holistic healing.

Diane Hall – Chief Strategy Officer, Director
Entrepreneur, successful artist, and concept developer: served 15 years as Vice president, Executive Director, and board member of the first Healthy Fast-Food chain in the US, recognized by the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Under her management, the company became a publicly traded company allowing the chain to grow to 23 restaurants in 3 states, Oregon, Washington, and California prior to her leaving.

Appointed by the Governor of Oregon 1997-2000 to serve on The Sanitation Registration Board which oversees all food and beverage in the State of Oregon. Served 20 years as Executive Director of the Healy Foundation, a philanthropic organization serving Oregon and Hawaii focused on children/environment/community.

Diane’s experience has been beneficial in the development of Wholelistic Solution’s Tranquiity product.

Melinda Merryweather – Chief Executive Officer, Director
Successful model, actress, producer, inventor, and entrepreneur. In addition to her own startup venture, Melinda worked for a highly successful company that produced an organic soap made from all natural, plant-based oils. Melinda went on to help the company grow by promoting the product through a counterculture film which she starred in. In 2021 the company generated nearly $170 million in revenue and donated an estimated one third of profits to activist and charitable efforts. Melinda is committed to raising the consciousness of the planet and is currently Vice president of Friends of Windansea which are care caretakers of Windansea Beach in La Jolla California.

Melinda brings Wholelistic Solutions a unique blend of product development and marketing skills as well as a commitment to a product that she believes will bring some peace and calm and positive energy.

Michael Sadak – Chief Financial Officer and Director
Michael brings 35 years of experience in Capital Markets to Wholistic Solutions. A former Managing Director of Chase Manhattan’s Investment bank, Michael established a boutique advisory firm to assist American business to develop and expand. Michael role in Wholistic Solution’s is to help in the development of its product line, capitalization, and financial management.

Michael Merryweather – Chief Marketing Officer Director
Freelance art director and production designer. After studying in Florence Italy, Michael returned to California to complete a degree in Interior Design, currently, she is an independent contractor focused on Art Direction, for Commercials, Infomercials, and Technology. Her methods include film & video.

Michael has led her own (female owned), business for over 20 years, she brings her visual skills as well as her knowledge of the use of media promotion technology to Wholelistic Solutions.

Paco Buxton – Chief Operating Officer, Director
Having studied environmental design at the University of Colorado and environmental studies at the University of Santa Barbara, Paco is an entrepreneur, property owner and property manager. Among his holdings, Paco owns a Montecito based jewelry business, a horse stable in Santa Barbara and manages a successful, environmentally friendly avocado farm.

Paco’s love for the environment and knowledge of semiprecious stones has been a key element in the sourcing of material and market development for Wholelistic Solutions.
